This is the preliminary program of the Third International Symposium on Physical Sciences in Space (ISPS2007) . The Symposium will take place at the Nara-Ken New Public Hall, from 22nd to 26th of October, 2007. The registration desk on the 22nd of October will be open from 14:00 at Hotel Nikko Nara, where the welcome reception of ISPS2007 will be held. We invite you to attend this Symposium ISPS2007 for presenting and discussing your research and obtaining new information.
