Presentation guideline

All the oral presentations will be done with a LCD projector provided in the room. Time for each presentation and related guideline is shown below.

Plenary
25min. presentation + 5 min. discussion

Keynote lecture
25min. presentation + 5min. discussion

Oral (regular)
15min. presentation + 5min. discussion

Poster Presentation
Poster panel size: 120 cm (W) x 180 cm (H).

*The poster panels are available from 10:00 on 23 Oct. Please put your poster up as soon as you can, but not later than 18:00 on 23 Oct.
*The paper title, author(s)'name, and affiliation(s) should be printed clearly and posted on the panel
*Please be ready for discussion in front of your board during the poster session. Take your poster down by 12:00 on 25 Oct. after the session. It is free for you to keep your poster up by 12:00 on 25 Oct.
